51 Game Registration & Sign Up
51 Game, explained step by step: sign-in, sign-up, install, wallet and what each step costs you.
51 Game Registration & Sign Up
In one line: the 51 Game sign-up form takes under a minute, costs nothing, and contains exactly three entries you cannot change afterwards, so it is worth slowing down for those three and speeding through the rest.
Registration is the cheapest step on this whole site, because at the end of it you own an empty rupee wallet and you owe nobody anything. The risk starts one screen later, at the deposit. That gap is useful: you can create the account, walk the lobby, read the promotions page and decide against the whole thing without having spent a paisa.

The honest framing first, as on every page here. 51 Game is a real-money colour-prediction and mini-game lobby for adults aged 18 and over. Outcomes are randomised, the operator's margin is built into every game type, and a new account does not come with an edge. Whatever you eventually fund it with is entertainment spend that can go to zero.
The two-minute version
- Open the site and stay on the Register tab, which is usually where a first visit lands.
- Choose the phone route rather than email.
- Enter your number with +91 selected, then re-check the code after the keyboard opens.
- Set a password you can retype on a phone keyboard, not one you can only paste.
- Expand the invitation field and paste a code now if you have one. This is the last chance.
- Request the one-time code, enter it inside the timer, tick the 18+ confirmation, submit.
The three entries you are stuck with
Everything else on the form is editable later. These are not, in practice.
The mobile number. It becomes your login identity, your password-reset channel and your withdrawal-confirmation channel all at once. Use a number whose SIM lives in a phone you keep, not a spare you top up twice a year. Changing it later usually means a support ticket and an identity check, which is a slow conversation to have when you are trying to withdraw.
The invitation code. The field is entry-time only. It is frequently collapsed behind a small grey link under the password box, which is why so many people miss it and then look for a way to add it afterwards. There is no way to add it afterwards. If a friend is referring you, get the code before you open the form, not during. The invite and bonus mechanics page explains what the code is actually worth to each of you.
The payment identity you first fund from. Technically set at the first deposit rather than at registration, but decided in your head now. Cash-outs are returned to the channel that funded the account and the name is expected to match, so registering with a plan to deposit from a relative's UPI handle creates a problem that only surfaces when you try to take money out.
Field by field, with the traps
Phone or email. Phone wins in India, because resets, withdrawal confirmations and security alerts all travel by SMS. An email-only account works fine until the day you need a reset in a hurry.
Country code. Reads +91 by default on most builds and quietly reverts on some. Look at it twice. A number submitted under the wrong code fails in a way that looks like the number is already taken.
Password. Mix letters, a digit and a symbol, and set it on the device you will actually log in from. Whatever your keyboard does to the first character now is what every future sign-in expects, which is the single biggest cause of the "wrong password" reports covered on the 51 Game login guide.
Invitation code. Optional, collapsed, permanent. See above.
Age and terms tick. Not decoration. This is the 18+ confirmation and the acceptance of the wagering conditions attached to any offer you later claim.
One-time code. Arrives in seconds on a good connection and up to a minute or two on a weak one. Wait out the resend timer instead of hammering it.
What registration actually costs you
- Money. Nothing. No card is requested and no charge is made. If any version of this form asks for a payment instrument to complete registration, you are not on the platform you think you are.
- Time. Under a minute of typing, plus however long your carrier takes with the code.
- Data. Trivial for the form itself. The lobby that loads afterwards is the heavy part.
- Exposure. A real number tied to a real-money account. Worth being deliberate about which number, and worth not reusing a password from your bank or email.
A worked example
Meena in Nagpur shares a Samsung with her brother. She registers on her own number, which is correct, but she uses the browser's saved-password suggestion, which is not: her brother's session now offers to fill her login. She also skips the collapsed invitation field because she does not notice it, so the code her cousin sent her is now unusable on this account and there is no undo. Two fixes for anyone in her position: set the password by hand and keep it in a password manager rather than the browser, and open the invitation field before typing anything else so you are not deciding about it under time pressure.
Four things worth doing on day one
Do these while nothing is at stake, because each one is far more stressful during your first withdrawal attempt.
1. Open the profile menu and read it end to end. Withdrawal history, identity-check status, change password, bet log and the invite programme all live there. Knowing where they are is half the benefit.
2. Start the identity check early. Document checks are usually triggered at the first cash-out, not at sign-up. Getting them cleared on a quiet Tuesday is much easier than getting them cleared when you have a balance you want out today.
3. Add the site to your home screen. A fixed launch point removes the daily risk of tapping a lookalike domain from a search advert.
4. Set your figure and write it somewhere. A number you decided while sober and unstaked is worth more than any strategy you will read.

Questions that come up straight after the form
It says my number is already registered. Either an earlier attempt of yours succeeded further than you thought, or somebody in the household got there first. Use Forgot Password on that number. Registering again on a different SIM creates the duplicate-account problem rather than solving it.
Can I register on two numbers to get the offer twice? No, and this is the single most common route to a voided balance. One account per person, number, device and payment instrument.
Do I need identity documents to register? Not to register. They come up at withdrawal, which is exactly why point two above matters.
Nothing happened when I submitted. Check whether you actually ticked the age box, which is the field most often left blank, then check the network. A silent failure on a weak connection looks identical to a validation error.
What this page is not telling you
We are not quoting a minimum age check method, a document list or a processing time, because they vary by build and by month and a confident number here would be invented. Read the current terms inside your own account.
One closing note. A free account with a zero balance is genuinely free, and that makes registration the safest moment to be sceptical. Walk the lobby before you fund it. If you want to understand what is behind each tab before money is involved, the game-by-game breakdown sorts the lobby by how fast each format moves, which is the same thing as how fast it can empty a wallet.
Frequently asked questions
Does 51 Game registration cost anything?
No. Signing up creates an empty rupee wallet and charges nothing. If any version of the form asks for a card or a payment instrument to complete registration, you are not on the platform you think you are.
Which entries on the sign-up form can I not change later?
Three in practice: the mobile number, because it becomes your sign-in identity and your reset channel; the invitation code, because the field is entry-time only; and the payment identity you first fund from, because cash-outs return to the channel that funded the account.
Can I add an invite code after the account exists?
No. The invitation field is only available while you are registering and is frequently collapsed behind a small link under the password box. Get the code before you open the form, not during it.
Do I need identity documents to register?
Not to register. Document checks are usually triggered at the first withdrawal, which is exactly why clearing them early on a quiet day is worth doing before you have a balance waiting.
It says my number is already registered. What happened?
Either an earlier attempt of yours got further than you thought, or somebody in the household registered first. Use Forgot Password on that number. Signing up again on a different SIM creates the duplicate-account problem instead of solving it.
Can I register with a family member's UPI handle?
You can register, but you should not plan to withdraw that way. Cash-outs are returned to the identity that funded the account and the name is expected to match, so a mismatch surfaces later when it is much harder to unwind.
Nothing happened when I pressed submit. Why?
Check whether the age and terms box is actually ticked, which is the field most often left blank, then check your connection. A silent failure on a weak network looks identical to a validation error.
